Wine Description

This non-alcoholic bone-dry premium sparkling wine impresses with exotic fruit, refreshing lightness, mineral accents and elegant acidity, a hint of almond and blossom honey, accompanied by an elegant perlage. In the glass, a golden-yellow core with silver reflections and a noble sparkling cascade. On the nose, a fruity scent of yellow pears, green apple, quince and kumquat. Wonderfully refreshing on the palate with notes of mango, grapefruit, and lychee. In addition, charming roasted almonds and blossom honey are compliments of the subtle yeast expression and pairs up to the mineral finish. The sparkling wine is always accompanied by a finely interwoven play of acidity and fruit. Its multilayered and dry tasting profile is much appreciated by champagne lovers.

The foundation for this premium NA sparkling wine are grapes from the famous wine city of Rust, directly on the Neusiedler Lake in Austria. Rust is especially known for its highly rated noble sweet wines, that even Robert Parker is falling for.

The grapes are matured in steel tanks and after dealcoholization, it is bottled with six bars of carbon dioxide. The first vintage of ZERONIMO Sparkling Select, which was launched in September 2023 was rated as the best NA sparkling wine of Germany and Austria and sold out only two months after its release.
